Will Scrappy be able to run with guys like Payne, Ross, and Blagrave? I've never seen it hook to the sled.

Longevity is how Kent Payne wins championships. Yes, Ross's lay down dominate performances but at the end of the day the Ol Super Rooster always makes great A to B runs. if Scrappy takes the same approach it could be a fun year. Makes me wonder how Adam Bauer will approach the situation. Will Adam go after Ross's and make them continue to push the envelope or will Bauer run conservative and go for a title?

He had some good competition most nights. He’ll have more tough competitors in NTPA and a few elite competitors. The thing is he’s always ran hard but if I recall he’s more about longevity and not running on kill. I don’t know him, but from interviews I’ve seen I bet he’s gonna have the same approach.

Pretty sure he wouldn't have decided to run NTPA circuit this year if he didn't think he would be able to be competitive. Scrappy was undefeated in the Outlaw circuit in 2022. He has a new engine for this year. Definitely a welcome addition to the class.
