Sled rental in Ohio January 27, 2014 11:57AM
Hey all.
Looking for a sled to rent in southeast Ohio. We usually use Mighty Mac, and would ideally continue with our partnership. One of the dates we are considering is not open for them, however. So, do you guys have any contacts that I can check into for a pull?

Depends on what classes you are running. Singer Sled Rental. Singersledrental.com. Decision Macker from Pa. [decisionmakersled.com] Here's a list from the ntpa website. [www.ntpapull.com]. There a couple more but don't have a contact for them.

thanks, that will get me a good start. We run cotpc classes, a hot farm type of class, semis, and heavy tractors- mph and 3000 rpm.

I am looking to rent a sled on June 14th and 15, 2019 in Wauseon Ohio we are also interested in pulling Semi's with these events anyone know who I could contact?

We are in New Lexington. Between Lancaster and Zanesville. I am the FFA teacher at New Lex. We do antique pulls with some trucks and farm tractors. Last year the Perry County Fairboard went with us on a pull in October and payed out some big money and rented a sled. We want to do it again but need to find an open date. We are looking at either September 27 or June 21. Mighty Mac is not available June 21.

Richard Love is on the ntpa website, I hope. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet.

John, I will put in a really good recommendation for the Nearpass Pulling, LLC sleds. They are on the NTPA list for contact info. They also have a mid size sled that works well for the classes you are suggesting.
They are located just inside Michigan not far from either OH or IN. They jump right on I-69 and head out. They travel to pulls a lot farther away than yours.
Many Grand National pullers prefer their sleds to any others.
