My 3000rpm tractor always runs 8 to 12 pounds more exhaust pressure than boost cam at 96 degrees gt turbo heads flows 250 valves set at 12 ,14 fuel at 700 water 36 ounces exhaust temp 1520-1580 Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 02/02/2014 12:38PM by hayes73. |

Buy a Hart's or Precision and you won't have that problem. |

what are your pressures,I prefer my exhaust to be a little higher than intake. |

Boost 65 exhaust 55 gt42 and the precision I have does the same pressures |

Sounds to like your spring pressure on your head isn't enough????
Is it a stock head?? If you don't have enough spring pressure Boost will just push the valve open and you Will never gain on it. Just a thought |

I had the same problem , get you a hx60 and your boost will go way up |

What are your pressure's again? you said the exhaust runs higher but then you said boost was 65 and exh. was 55. |

If both turbos running the same boost , the turbo may not be your problem I would contact my engine builder |

If your boost is 65 and your ex is 55 I don't se how you make it down the track without chirping some, If its the opposite you need a bigger ex housing .And harts.precision hx60 don't mean nothing if its not matched to your eng the cam plays A big part |

Ok well spring pressure is not your problem. That's actually a lot for your rig,what is open pressure? do you have heavy push rods that are not deflecting. |

Everything sounds good, put a tighter ex housing on and have fun.640 SF run a 3x3 so tighten up your ex. and you will be fine |
