Putting a s300 on a dt466 in a 1066 was wondering if there is an exshaut elbow you can buy to put it through the factory hole in the hood or will we need to make our own exshaut elbow
I took the exhaust housing off the turbo and machined the v-band portion down to accept the stock spring-backed metal sealing ring, and also took off about 1/2" of length. That way you can just slip your exhaust elbow right over the exhaust housing directly. You'll need to use stacks of washers (or custom spacers) over the mounting bolts for the foot to make things line up right.
