Seen the flier. What's with the no ecno mods?? Would like the seen them able to pull in the 6500 open class

If you wanna pull in Open and come support our FFA that would be awesome!

Can someone explain to me why the 6500 and 7300 OPEN class is restricted to a 3.0 turbo size? Isn't open mean open? Please explain?

We had a lot of requests to have a Light Open Class with a 3x3 Turbo Limit...so we did a survey and there was a lot of feedback supporting this class so we chose to run a Light Open with 3x3 Turbo rule then we added a 7500 Heavy Open with no Turbo Limit. We will try it this year and if it don't work we will look to change it for next year

Thanks

Light Open, ha. Call it the Lubich Limited Class.

Re: Answers To Posts July 08, 2016 03:24AM
It just seems pretty weird, why most clubs over in Wi. OPEN means just that, make weight, and safety, your good! I had planned on coming over from central Mn. to pull. I have pulled in River Falls before, but over 7500 lbs is to heavy, and I'm not coming that far for 1 hook. I go to Boyceville, Grantsburg, Baldwin, they are all the same, 6500 open and 7300 open! FUNNY DEAL!!!

Re: Answers To Posts July 08, 2016 10:09AM
To respond to "BS" and "Another Puller"...if you have an issue with our rules or how we are running our pull please contact us directly vs going on a public forum and expressing your opinion. Please realize that this is the River Falls FFA Alumni pull which consists of over 30 members who all take time out of there personal life to put this event on..it takes a lot of hard work and dedication from our members to put this pull on. There is no classes or rules set up for any members as rules and classes our voted on per our membership. Only reason classes got changed was we did some asking around and we had a survey and based on the feedback we got we decided to try something different this year. If it doesn't work we will change things for next year. Again, remember that this is a River Falls FFA Alumni Pull and this is our big fund raiser for the year. All the proceeds from the pull go back to our students..for example last year we were able to give back $3500 in scholarships for the 2016 senior class. Our members do there best to put on a fun successful pull...no pull is perfect and never will be and without promoters that are willing to put pulls on there wouldn't be any pulls period. So to "BS" and "Another Puller" if you have a concern please contact me directly

Thanks

Thanks to all who worked at the pull and those who helped get it ready. Looked like a very good turn out.

Re: Start Time: 5pm July 10, 2016 11:31AM
I would like to extend a special thanks to Pete, Nuts, and the entire crew that put on the pull. The track was wonderful, and I thought held up very well for a new track. ALL AND ALL we had a good time, with good people! Thanks again!
FOOLISH PLEASURE II

Thank You! July 10, 2016 04:26PM
The River Falls FFA Alumni would like to thank everyone that came to the River Falls Day Pull! Thank you fans, pullers, promoters, and sponsors!!!

A huge Thank You to Total Excavating - Chris Kusilek for making this new location happen! Chris did an awesome job with the site preparation and the track was awesome!

There was a total of 232 hooks!!!

We wanna extend a huge thanks to everyone for there patience on this new location. Being this was the first year at this location our FFA wasn't sure how the site layout would work. Our FFA learned a lot from last nights pull and we will make improvements for next year to make the pull even better! There will be way more parking, bleachers, port e poddies, bigger beer tent and better flow in and out of the pull location. We would like any feedback we can get to better help our FFA Alumni improve things for next years pull! Any feedback we can get would be greatly appreciated!

To "Well" July 11, 2016 02:16PM
To "Mr. Well" if you got an issue with how our FFA Alumni ran our pull be a man and call me directly vs posting this on pulloff under a fake name. Pete and Nutzy had a brother pass away Saturday afternoon before the pull even started and they were good enough to still come to the pull and work with heavy hearts...I would like to see you come and help out at a pull the same day you lost a family member. There was no decisions that Pete made on any classes, rules or anything on Saturday...I was the one that made all the final decisions on Saturday along with our President Keith Gunderson. If you have an issue be a man and call me and keep the Lubich Family out of this. Your negative attitude is not welcome. Our pull was a great success Saturday night for our FFA Alumni. The new location worked out great and Chris Kusilek had the track awesome! We had 232 hooks and over 2500 people in attendance so overall the tractor pull was a positive event so there is no need to come on this pubic forum and try to steer the pot to make this event negative cause your feeling got hurt! So to you "Mr Well" man up and call me if you have a problem.
