No rules were changed during the 2016 season.
The rules were explained.
Nothing changed.
There were not housings, where housings were supposed to be. Just some bent up water pipe.

I believe the rules were changed for 2017! Don't understand why , they changed them. The rules were perfectly fine in 2016. Just needed to be inforced .

Many will be illegal according to the new rules, but powers to be have given "variances" or "grandfathered" in those tractors.

The new rule reads for the Ulmer's & Lyle Ronk, must be OEM appearing housing from the outside. Any others can have external material removed, you must just get permission he will give you a variance or grandfather you in.
