Are all N670 engines equipped with the counterbalanced crank? And if not is there a way to tell by looking at the engine?

On the black blocks,I believe the tag should have 670HI on it. 7080,7580 tractors and N6 combines had counter balanced cranks.

The maroon engines should have 3750 on the tag to have a counter balanced crank.

Great! I was hoping it would be a little more simple than that. If I do find a good donor engine to build should I use the large pin rods or try and keep things lighter and use the smaller pin rods. By the way I want to build a 504 cid diesel with 3x 3.4 turbo.

Counterbalanced crankshafts always had a fluid front damper, not a rubber damper.
