How are the National LLSS rules enforced? More specifically are the cid and turbos inspected and sealed or is it an honor system?

These rules where set up when the traveling series series was up and running. Some clubs run these rules and some run different versions of these . We check turbo and have checked cubic inch. It's up to the clubs teck officials to follow up the class reps request for inspections.
