How much if any significant amount will three inches in tire diameter do for speed and traction,thanks for kind simple responses.

It depends on size you start with A wheel with diameter of 20 to start with a 3 inch in diameter would be approximately 15% increase in circumference and a wheel with diameter of 60 inches would be increase of approximately 5%. Then you would have to calculate your speed for each diameter. Hopes this helps.

Depends on class and tire speed. Antiques, not so much. USS uncontrollable. Do the math for circumference and you will see 1 rpm is quite different rollout.
