I'm Trying to Get Ahold of NTPA/WPI Offices, No Response February 07, 2025 12:30AM
I placed a merchandise order on 1/24/2025 on the NTPA website and signed up for text alerts regarding my order. This is not the first time I've ordered items from them, but this is the first time I've had trouble receiving the products or getting ahold of them. My credit card has been charged but I have not received any update on the merchandise. I've tried calling ((614) 436-1761) the offices on multiple days and left multiple messages on the voicemail box of several employees. I have also sent an email (info@ntpapull.com) which was returned undeliverable. I triple checked the address and everything was correct on my end.

I'm just looking for a refund or the merchandise.

Does anyone have a way to get ahold of the offices? Or is there something going on I'm not aware of?

Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the info! I knew someone here would know what's going on. I'll try the fb page and give them some time. Appreciate it!

They have been moving from Columbus to Marion for the last two weeks. I'm sure once they are finally done moving in and getting things setup they will be able to get your order shipped. Message the NTPA Facebook page and I'm sure someone will get back to you.

I received a call from the NTPA offices on Saturday morning from a very nice lady and a notification that my items shipped out yesterday. Thanks for helping me understand the delay. Looking forward to some new NTPA swag in a few days.
