Anyone know where I might be able to find pinstriping with and IH logo to put on a trailer any help would be greatly appreciated

You should just find someone that does vinyl decals and they probably could design something for you or see if they could make something you designed. I guy that did some for me made decals for a pedal tractor for me using a picture and just doing some measuring to make some black stripe decals for my daughters 66 series pedal tractor.
