Are all Ford 7.8L (474 CID) motors the same? October 11, 2010 12:05PM
I know that there are many variations of the 456 Genesis AG motor, how about the 7.8 liter Ford truck (and NH combine) motors? Are they all the same as far as blocks and heads? They all appear to be 210 HP. Are there any advantages to any variations for pulling?

as far as I know the blocks and heads apear to be the same. The rods and pistons are different on some . There are 240 and 270 hp versions.
