Doc, spin this however you feel to protect WPI and K&K, but the truth is that the insurance provider demands the local health agency to sign off. This in itself caused many cancelations. Tell us why Roanoke In and West Salem Ohio didn't have their events?

By your assessment, "Light Super Stock" and "Light Unlimited Mod" shouldn't be a GN class then.

Dick, how's that "Light unlimited mod" doing? Just putting the word "light " or "limited " does not equate to inexpensive.

JD6030, have thought on what you asked. The class will continue, as any other class has with NTPA, meaning the that most all classes are cyclic, class numbers go up then moderate, and sometimes fall. You have to ask yourself where those competitors went if the numbers go down. Not all downward movement in class numbers is solely due to not having enough limitations. Look at super farm, has a restri

Fuzz sounds like you've probably been pulling at the national level for 20 plus years with your knowledge, too bad you hide behind a made up name. We probably should follow your sage advice and really just pedal pull, that way our bodies are the limitation.
Obviously you're not too serious about participating or you would put a engine in that chassis and come compete, instead of hidin

You are right on Trent. There are currently "G" exhaust trim turbos that are within 50-75 hp of the bigger exhaust turbos, and this is without much R&D on the "G" trims. All of this"Big Turbo" usage is a result of a "loose" cylinder head rule and the advancement of pumps and injectors' Limiting the turbo will not stop anyone wanting to "Find" HP!
Only drive up cost due to a lack of choice

AV, how is going over any magical HP number not good. Give specific reasons why, then those in the class may come to understand. Where is the catastrophic failure at?
Where is the mass exodus out of the class. Can't rule out those who want to compete, you will only make it even more costly in the long run. As you stated, pumps, injectors, even better turbo wheel designs will continue even w

This agenda idea was proposed by some region 3 people in the fall, and was soundly defeated, just as the component agenda was. Now someone in Wisconsin is dredging this up again. No reason to fix something that isn't broken. This limit is not wanted. To limit someone just because you are scared of a chassis change is not reasonable. There currently are 3 WPI/NTPA classes offered that have a

Winning Fort Recovery is an extremely high accomplishment, don't think they have had a Light Pro class yet under 20. There isn't a BG Ring, or a Light Pro class at Chapel Hill, so those two examples don't apply to this class.

Nowhere does it state you must join before the schedule comes out. In fact you can still join at the last hook of the year if you so desire to wait that long. Now if you would like to receive a discounted rate on the membership (NTPA) you need to get it early, kinda like a black friday sale.
