Depending what they are going on, I just bought new light rings, and then new centers. Move them where you want, spin them on the tractor to make sure they run true, and weld.

Hopefully it's nothing bad in life for you to have to change your mind. Put it out there as is and see if you get any bites. It'd be less headaches than piecing it out, and then having whats left that no one wants. There are a lot of people wantig to get into pulling. Buying something to finish, to me, would be more appealing than starting from scratch. Thats just my 2 cents.

Worked fine for me. Had a couple freeze ups, but that was issues on my end, not theirs.

I have a RPM logger as well. The company is really great to work wjth. The display isn't water proof, so that is the one thint you need to watch out for, but I would buy one again.

Depends what kind of dirt you typically pull on. They seem to have more success on looser, or sandier type tracks. A good clay track, the deep treads typically shine better.Kinda hard to have one that is best for all tracks. Thats what I have learned from tire guys, and have seen at the track. Thats just my 2 cents.

Just a thought, and maybe you did, but have you checked your push rods to make sure they arent bent? The RPM wont matter on the wear.

I miss the creativity in the old photos. Maybe its in the rules, I dont know, but I miss seeing the off the wall bodies, like vans, cars, el caminos, etc.

Agreed. Haha best job is a weatherman, wrong half the time and still keeps job. Guess it all depends on speed of the front getting here, and the tracking of the gulf storm. All we can do is hope, and see what each day of the weekend brings!

To grow natioanally, I think you have to grow locally and build upon that. Set a good foundation if you will. For me, local pulls at fairs and festivals have a good crowd, but are getting smaller. Other pulls are a little lacking sometimes. Die hard fans will always be there. A lot of the complaints I hear from spectators is admission cost. I realize you have to gain some money there to help pay

Can anyone suggest where to get pushrods for a dt466? Upgrading my head and figured on doing pushrods. 3000rpm class. I know Wipeout and Hypermax obviously sell them, but surely someone is a little more reasonable. Thanks!

What's the running order for Friday? Is it as listed? Or will there be a farmstock class first and scattered throughout?

I bought an adapter plate and 3 bolt hub through Columbus diesel supply. If you're lucky you can find these off a truck motor also. A p pump (mW truck pump) plate/hub will not work.

You have to remember the time of year it is. Back this winter even it was hard to contact them sometimes but they usually called me back, sometimes a day later.

What should the water pressure be on an water injection system? I have all the components minus tips (building my own system), and am wondering suggestions on system pressure. This will help in figuring out what nozzles to get as I know how much water I want to run in a pass. I'm running altered farm stock (diesel). Thanks for any input!
