USA pullers, IPL , and SIFSP have some variation of those rules for their speed limit classes.
Columbus, Burney, Lynn, and Mooreland (to name a few) and the majority of pulls in this part of the world are the same way. And if they choose to have limits, that is their option. Same for us.

Can anyone offer a suggestion as to where to get the o-ring seal for an aftermarket valve cover on a small block Deere?
I'm sure there may be different diameters based on manufacturer, but I'm just looking for a general source.
It is all one strip of o ring material (bulk roll).

Marlatt engine and dyno makes a piece that bolts to the lower part of the block above the frame rail without having to change the oil lines. I'm sure they have the upper plate as well.
