It seems worse this year, I've seen a 400 lbs Variance between scales this year.

Last time I saw those Walsh tractors they have small turbines that they use as starters to start the big ones so it takes longer. Pretty sure Barga uses electric starters.

When we were putting together our Twin engine tractor I reached out to Shawn Swearingen about using the Joker name on it and he was fully supportive of It and I was in contact with him sending Pictures of the design all the way through the Graphics process. We wouldn't of Named it that without Approval. So if you have Approval why not use the name?

It was originally built for Simons as a red Pro from Blackbourns. It got to Farley and Immediately got sold to Darryl Cuttell. owner of IHRA.and switched to a Fendt. Simons are going to work on it, Haul it and house it but Brian Lung also part of IHRA is going to be the Driver of it. It all Came together when IHRA and Fendt teamed up for the High stakes series. And from what I Heard the name Mak

Fendt is Brand new From Blackbourn. We was at Simons on January 16th picking up wheels and the guy in the shop told us all about the deal. At that point it was at the body shop getting the Fendt skin Fitted then they had to bring it back and strip it down and get it to Powder coating that following week. He told us they barely had the tractor in the shop from Blackbourns and it was sold and on it

That's going to be interesting. Outlaws Allow 3 Chevys while NTPA restricts you to 2 engines. I like the 6200 lb class the best and talking to other pullers that seems to be the general consensus. We're built so light to run 6,200 lbs that it is difficult to find places to add that extra #1200 especially with the reverse stair step setup we run. If anything Consolidate and go 6500 or

The weight they are running there is 7400 lbs. IMO that's not Light modified.

That class Bunnage was in was a 7400 lb class. Don't know why they called it a light modified class. We're going to make some changes on the Joker in the gearing to be more competitive at 7400 lbs with the Outlaws and ITPA a couple times next summer. Not planning on any NTPA hooks.

I got a fiberglass one from Maibach that looks exactly like the original. Not sure if he still has them but it's worth a call

I've had the best luck with lower pressure on Dry looser tracks and higher pressure on Good wet tracks. This is on a 30.5 Pro Puller 10 ply. I've never gone above 3 psi but I run quite a bit at 1.8 to 2.2 lbs this year with good luck.

Is it refundable if you are unable to make it due to breakage? We have a lot of hooks between July 1 and the 23rd.

I doubt it. We wrecked belts on our 900 and 1000 Rangers pulling a 6500 lb tractor. We bought a Kubota RTVX1100C and we can pull both 6500 lb tractors like there's nothing back there.

I put them on both of our modifieds and still have someone off to the side of me directing me back. I use the camera to see how close I am to the sled while glancing back and forth. I can back to the sled with more confidence and faster when I know where it is.

Hard to enforce face shields left open. I've tried to close mine only to be opening it half track with it fogged over not knowing where I'm at. Even leaving it cracked open it'll fog glasses over.

I really hope the light mod class continues. We was planning on stepping into it next season but with parts availability we are thinking about 2025 now. All I have left to do on the tractor is put a stack box on and get a engine put together.

I've never noticed the crowd when I'm hooked to the sled. Don't even care what's on the other side of the white lines lol
