I've got two 619s that I was going to use for tractor projects I've had for a few years, but would rather sell them now since I don't have a lot of freetime for the work. Both are Crank-driven "50 series" oil pump engines. One is a complete assembly (only missing a starter) came out of a running tractor I was told. The other is a long-block (valve cover, head, block/rotating assemb

if you mean 10.1 as in the 60 series and newer 6101 engine, then yes, It's 7mm shank on the nozzles. it would need drilled to 3/8" for the popular style injectors.

As for power... it'll need fire rings at the minimum. I don't think you'll get much over 400-500hp max without d

Simply put: no.
There are too many other variables to consider. Turbo size (air) is the most "equal" way to try and govern a class. The perception of "biggest engine always wins" is from all the small blocks that got beat by big blocks back in the day and continues to present time. Truth be told, it has to do with how the tractor is setup and what gets the power to the ground the best. Not to

That is correct, the stockers are NOT the best in their stock form. It's 40yr old design/technology. Modifying the cover/wheel's will help out, or just slap an S400 on it and you'll be good. The 463 is the smallest S400 frame charger, and again that part number comes in a T6 foot, so it'll bolt to the manifold instead of requiring a T4 to T6 adapter plate like a little S300 wo

Got your message... Google the part number for pictures. What are you wanting to do with the tractor? I have a good 6030 turbo if you're looking for another stocker - to modify with bigger wheels

Borg Warner S400. Specifically the S463 with T6 housing as it won't require an adapter plate going from T6 manifold to T4 foot. Part Number 169012. Just buy an exhaust elbow and marmon flange adapter, and make your own exhaust exit. V band flange and adapter will need to be welded/made to work with the intake pipe if using factory intercooler.

JD6850 - If it's just a 5020 with a yellow paint job, It is the same as an AG "Green" 5010/5020 tractor unless it is a scraper pan tractor - 760 or 5010-I models. The Yellow 700 and 700 Series-A tractors were the same as a green 5010 and 5020. With exception of a few quirks - Hydraulic assist clutch, true bareback configuration/option, and other things as you dive into them further. Post the
