Has anybody out there been able to run road gear with a wet clutch. I have heard many opinions but just wondering if someone was abole to get a season out of a wet clutch and come out in road gear. |

Yes, we made it though last year and 13 hooks this year, so far. Make a 5 disk clutch, shouldn't have any trouble. Set your pressure at 200 lbs. |

we have ran 50 to 60 hooks so far on our five disk clutch @10,500#. we always start out in d3 and spin out in d3 or d4. |

Thanks for the info. I have a 5 disc and running 200-205 psi. I have never slipped but have always come out in 7th and shifted the two speed to 7.5. I have a syncro. I have been ok like that in 12500 and spun out, so I am thinking if I stay light 10K and under I might be Ok in 8th gear so long as I dont upshift. |
