Langford Tractor Pull 2103 March 26, 2013 12:42PM
The August 4th, 2013 Langford Tractor Pull Schedule has been set. We will be offering the finest pulling action from the Empire State Pullers, New York Tractor Pullers and the Western New York Pro Farm Pullers. Fans will see the best pullers and equipment in the Northeast competing at Langford this year. The groups will be sanctioning and officiating their own classes. Both ESP and NYTPA are PPL clubs and tractors from other PPL groups are welcome to pull under each groups rules. East Coast and OSTPA pullers, we are not that far away! The PPL Classes will pay as follows: LSS, TWD, MOD, HSS -($4,000 1-10, $1,200 11-17, 17-? $100 each) the SFS is ($3,500 1-10, $850 11-17, 17-? $100 each).
Schedule is as Follows:
12:00 noon -WNYPFP- LPF, HPF, LLSS, 2.6 Diesel FWD.
2:30 pm - NYTPA - SFS, MOD, HSS, TWD
7:00 pm - ESP - LSS, SFS, MOD, HSS.

I love the fact it is basically a double header. Many of the tractors will run both ESP and NYTPA.

Only thing that caught my attention is its still a Sunday pull and ESP starts at 7:00pm. Going to be a long night and a rough Monday for many. Too bad they could not bump concert up to Friday and run the pulls on Saturday. More of the NYTPA guys would stick around for ESP pull.

Looks like a great show! The only class that looks like it was left out is a PPL modified FWD class...

I wonder whos idea it was to push back the nytpa show. I was told those a lot of those guys don't go because they do not want to drive all night to get home the next am

That is the reason NYTPA hooks in the early afternoon so they dont have to be there all night, unless some want to stay to make the ESP hooks in the evening which we hope some guys do. for those people coming out saturday night for the Jamboree or to camp overnight, visit www.downhomecountryweekend.com for details

well i was going to stay off/out of this topic but, NYTPA was originally suppose to hook fisrt was the orginal. How it got switched is a great mistery. i am sure the pull will still go fine just some people won't have smiles on their face

Oh well you nytpa guys gotta suck it up. Not everyone can accommodate for you. There are other guys from ESP that have to drive some distance to get to the pull! You guys didn't even pull yet and your already whinning about it.
