As far as the KTPA Regulars... My gut is wanting to say Coomer, just because of his dominance of the class this past summer. Say what you want about Mitchell, but when you win 55.9% (the next best winning percentage is Under the Influence with 14.7% if that tells you anything...) of the time and are in the top three 82.4% of the time, then you would be the favorite in my eyes. I could see Bentley winning if Mitchell screws up on the gearing or weighting, though. As far as OVERALL? I would say Sipes.
