? on head flow? intake to exhaust. is it better to have a even flow or a ratio of flow say 20% intake over exhaust. like per say 220cfm intake and 180cfm exhaust. this is on a 466 3x3 3k rpm

That's basically a stock set up so on an I-H a stock head would work great just bump up the spring pressure and clean up the ports but don't hog it out. With a good 3x3 and good fuel system I seen 1200hp on inglekings dyno.
