hello have a question? i built a case for farm stock 3000 rpm turbo class has a lg jr 504 10mm pump lazered injectors fireringed im running a 3lm-466 charger i keep blowing out the intake gaskits on the back head any suggestions before they blow run about 30 psi boost after blow 15 to 17psi are these numbers right? or is there other problem any help would be greatly appicatioed. thanks. 330-440-5578

Not sure if this is your problem, but when I do case engines, I use the head gasket locators. This positions the head gaskets. Then I have the intake planned so I know it's flat. I install the head bolts, then the intake manifold, I snug the intake then torque the head bolts. So I know the heads are inline. It maybe the back head is out of alignment a little. Does not take much of a leak to lose boost.
