I just called and tried to get rooms at east land suites they are booked up. Where should I try next??

I would do a google/yellow page search for Hotels in Champaign/Urbana. There are the usual array of Holiday Inn, Motel 6, etc., and a Microtel Inn in the area that will more than likely have some room.

Unfortunately you probably won't get as good of a deal but you will get a room.

As a resident of the area, I would give a word of advice. There is a Super 8 in the area just off of I-74. I would avoid it. History of trouble and above normal unsavory activity.

I will second that on the motel 6, stayed there a couple of times. Last year we stayed at the super 8, nice place.
