Looking for some info on correct turbo size for my 5.9 12v cummins that's in oliver 1755. Class rules 410cu in max... 3x3 charger max size.... No water and no intercoolers... 13mm p pump max.... 3500 rpm max... Looking to make around 700-800hp if that's possible. 5x.18 injectors and ported head and custome ground cam according to turbo size yet to be determined. Thinking about a s400 but don't know for sure. Any suggestions ??? And a/r 0.90 or 0.110.... Also I have seen there is s300 turbos that has a hp range from 320-1000hp.. Is there any benefits to running the s300 over a s400 turbo or vise versa?? Edited 2 time(s). Last edit at 06/22/2015 10:02PM by Sbrooks707. |

Look at JEB Modern Machine. Just ran a 2.5" S400 turbo from him on dyno and was in your hp target range. Only difference I can see is that I used air to air intercooler and 5x22 injectors. |

I would highly recommend using a Garrett (gt) based turbo like harts or precision. Much more efficient, effective and durable then the s4's are |
