International pump identification May 30, 2016 07:18PM
Can anyone help me identify specs on my pump? Came with my 95 dt466. I just rebuilt the motor but know nothing about the pump yet. I'd love to know what hp was stock and the potential it has to be modified for more fuel, what plunger sizes it has etc. the numbers on the id plate are as follows.

1sr line - PES6P110A320LS3320
2nd line - 0 402 046 858
3rd line- 47100 10466

Any info is very much appreciated! Thanks

That is also the New Generation DT466, which is a very different engine from the tractor DT 414/436/466 family. Those 858 pumps were very popular in school buses, and it seems they were around 250hp.

Thanks for the replies! Wow 250 hp is not bad! is it a good pump in general? When I bought the motor I was new to Diesel engines and didn't verify anything. (I know better now) I assumed it was a p7100 being a '95ngd motor. If it's in fact a 250hp p3000 is that a good pump to get 500 streetable horsepower? And can it be modified similarly like turning up the fuel on a p7100? Fuel plate, timing, gsk, etc? I rebuillt the motor and just got it back from the machine shop and it's ready to go together. All stock internals and a fully rebuild head as well as hypermax double valve springs and rotator kit. I'd like to get 500hp and 4000 rpm. Will be pulling a couple pickups on a big gooseneck to car shows. No competition, just a nice driver with some guts. Thanks again for your help!
