SWWI Pullers Year End Meeting/Banquet
Saturday December 10th at 3:00
Since the banquet and party has grown over the years we will be having it at our shop in Soldiers Grove across the street from Country Gardens next to the Mobil station. There will be plenty of room and seating.
There will be more than enough refreshments and dinner will be served by The Country Gardens with our usual prime rib and lobster.
Following dinner this year we will have the Whisky River Band. At this time the plan is to have the band at Country Gardens.
Rules meeting, awards, and dinner will be at the shop.
Topics:
-Mandatory for each class to have two reps: President and Vice President
-Adding a 2.4 turbo altered farm class-11,000lb no pace
-Pro farm will be changed to Hot Farm Super Farm class
-6500 Outlaw- Change speed from 18-20mph
- Lt Lim pro diesel trucks (old 2.6)- rules will not change but we will allow trucks with no duals- air to air intercooler- can run up to 3in smooth bore turbo-can weigh 8,000 pounds.

- Hiring Video/Photographer
3:00- Rules Meeting/Class Meeting
5:00- Awards
6:00- Dinner
8:30- Band/Music
Each paid membership will get two dinners. Non-Members are $20/plate

There are rooms available at the Country Gardens-single rooms ($44.95)with one queen and double rooms with two queens($57.95). Please book your rooms accordingly to better serve everyone. 608-624-3254

Is there going to be any changes in other classes. lite and heavy TO HOT tractors. 2.5 trucks?
