Heavy Aluminum Wheels vs Light January 25, 2017 03:24PM
Will a set of light Midwest or Keizer aluminum wheels hold up in a 9500 lb 3000 rpm hot farm class? 21-22" wide by 38" for a double cut 20.8. Do I need the heavy ones?also, do you run them tubeless or with tubes?

If your running the light midwest with radial tires its not recommended. The beads have a tendency to crack with radials on.No problem with bias ply tho.The keizer is built to handle all weight and power. We have a set of Keizers on a 13,500 pound Pro Farm tractor with 2200 horse and 4900 pounds of torque and have help up fine. And they weigh 69 pounds.
