My only complaint February 19, 2017 12:26PM
When we got invited...some of our friends wanted to come along.....we filled out the form....got top row seats for 40 to 45 per. Seat...we also had a couple of seats on the bottom.....had them for years....our friends sat behind people that paid 20 to 25 per seat...on the floor.....we sat beside people that bought there tickets 10 dollars cheaper.....at the window....why buy tickets ahead?

It's all about the level of risk you're willing to take. Buying tickets ahead of time gives you a better selection of seats, and it usually has more seats grouped together. Buying ticket at the door means you get whatever is leftover. It's no different than flying standby with an airline or buying last minute tickets with an airline. I flew to DC one year for $50 roundtrip and everyone else on the plane probably paid $250. I gambled buying late at it worked, but that's not always the case. Stores have liquidation sales all the time, it's no different than that. Car dealers drop the price of year end models to clear out remaining inventory. There are countless examples. The Farm Show is clearing out remaining inventory. You simply need to weigh whether the risk is worth it for you.

This page is a free service. The cost is covered out of my pocket. It takes a great deal of time and a fair amount of money to keep this website going. Donations for: photos, classified ads, forum discussion, etc... are appreciated.

Side Note: We are no longer accepting PayPal donations. They have changed their terms of service and stated they would fine PayPal users for spreading "misinformation" and "hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory". PayPal did not provide definitions for some of these vague terms. Woke corporate policies regarding "misinformation" could result in an automatic fine of $2,500 which would have been removed directly from the customer’s PayPal account. PayPal did backdown from some of their policies but quietly implemented portions of them in later terms of service. A financial institute has no right to monitor social media accounts or speech. This is unacceptable and I'll no longer do business with PayPal.
