Watched Ahoy superstocks on Facebook last night, looked like the Maximum Risk tractor was extremely dominant. Put 30ish foot on each of GALOT's 3 passes. Anyone know anything about the tractor? Same rules as open super here?

On a side note it looks like they put on one hell of a show over there. Will have to go check it out one year

Rules here are alike, except they are 7700 lbs instead of 8000 lbs and no articulated tractor engines (so no Cummins V8s).
Rob van der Waal, who built the Maximum Risk, started with Alky Supers a long time ago. He runs quite a serious CNC business and that yesterday was the result of probably almost 20 years of hard work, research and development (and trial and error). He had a lot of ups and downs in the past and I was really pleased to see he finally got it all together when it counted.
You could say the tractor is pretty much "home made" to the last bolt. The engine is based on a stock "good old" DT466 IH block.
