Why are you charging to watch the pull? The fair board doesn't charge rent at the fair. They think it is free this year. Maybe it's time you guys more on and let somebody else run the pull.

The fairboard only gives us the space to have the pull. We have to raise the money or charge and money is hard to raise. No one else wants to do it or they are welcome to do it. Our profits if any go to improvements on grounds, livestock auction, foods auction, and scholarships. The pull on Sunday is free if you want to wait to attend that one. And if you can raise 10-12 thousand dollars to put this pull on we would leave the gates wide open.

If you are going to charge, you should pay for renting the grounds. Be careful about running your mouth. The fair board is looking to replace you for next year.
