What level of mod class are you asking about?
GN 4 engine mod team I am sorta familiar with checks valve adjustment after EVERY session!
Same with oil filters.
If "stuff" is found, the engine(s) may get rod bearings.
Spark plugs get "read" every pass.
Between events, all fuel lines are blown out, and nozzles checked for crap.
If they suffer driveline breakage, the engines may get new rods, and wrist pins and Pistons checked over.
Oil is very expendable!
Now, if you are asking about a single engine, carbed econo mod, they might change oil once or twice a summer.
