I for one, am looking forward to going and the PLUS of sitting trackside in a VIP near end of track.
No tube carts, AWESOME! Also excited to see the EURO tractors compete. And walk around dreaming of the day I may have my own to take a run in January at G-Ville but until then Ill be drinking beer trackside, watching the action and shooting the breeze with fans and the famous Hook Queen. AND Ill be waiting for my local favorite Legal Addiction to run it up the sand pile again this year. Cant wait!! red712 |

Attn GORDYVILLE PULLERS, VENDORS AND SPONSORS PLEASE READ.
After interviewing Team Rocky and Extreme Temptation we are going to try a few things this year, to be more entertaining. I am not Facebook friends with every puller or sponsor, so please share and or tag pullers, vendors and sponsors. If you are reading this and want to donate CROWD TOSS items but you aren't going to the event, have a puller of spectator bring your goodies for you. -T shirt tosses and anything else vendors, sponsors and pullers can donate for us to toss into the stands in between hooks and classes, frisbees, coozies, etc I am asking each puller to donate at least one t shirt, you can donate more and you don't have to, it isn't mandatory. We will be collecting crowd toss items at the sign up table in the back where all the pullers sign up or bring them right to the announcers stand. Ryan Roossinck will be helping us with this as well as taking pictures. -Music-Ryan Zoellick and I will attempt to play a song for every puller as they are brought up to the sled, for example in Europe they play eye of the tiger every time for Rocky. I need the pullers to either text me 608 604 5068 or email me jason@beermoneypulling.com their "entrance song" Send me your song request, artist and your name and the day and session you pull in, the sooner the better so we can get organized. -Class winners after your vehicle is parked in the pits please proceed to the announcers stand so we can do a quick interview with you Looking forward to a great event. 2018 Midwest Winter Nationals Itinerary Wednesday January 3, 2018 12:00 p.m. We will start allowing tractors IN THE PIT AREA for the THURSDAY AFTERNOON SESSION and THURSDAY EVENING SESSIONS ONLY. When you arrive to the facility, there will be someone to park you in an orderly fashion. Park your haulers around the perimeter of the parking lot, BEFORE anyone parks in the middle of the north parking lot. PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR SUPPORT VEHICLE BEHIND YOUR HAULER. It blocks the drive way. After you have parked your hauler come into the arena with ALL of your crew and pick up all passes for the weekend. After you have registered and your crew has their passes then we are ready for you to unload your tractor. Please have your PULLING POSITION NUMBER ON THE FRONT OF YOUR TRACTOR AS SOON AS YOU UNLOAD IT. THIS IS VERY!!!! VERY!!!! IMPORTANT TO DETERMINE WHERE YOU ARE GOING TO BE PARKED ONCE YOU ARE BROUGHT INTO THE BUILDING. LIGHT support vehicle traffic will be allowed. This means if you want to bring in your exhaust pipe, heaters, generators, and etc. you may do so with your GATOR –KUBOTA- MULE- ETC. After your gear is inside, the support vehicle needs to go back outside and back into your hauler. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. 7:00 p.m. We will allow 20 test passes. These tractors have pre-registered for these test passes . If you have pre-registered to make a test pass make sure you are ready to pull by 7:00 p.m. DO NOT COME ROLLING IN AT 9:45 p.m. and expect us to wait around until you’re ready and get your tractor warmed up. Thursday January 4, 2018 8:30 a.m. We will continue staging tractors for the THURSDAY AFTERNOON SESSION and THURSDAY EVENING SESSION IN THE PIT AREA. You don’t have to weigh the tractor when you come into the pit area. You will be weighed before you enter the warm up area and then staged behind the sled. 8:30 a.m. TECH WILL START ON EACH CLASS COMPETING THURSDAY AFTERNOON. Please have your tractor ready for inspection. Hot Farm pullers make sure you have your exhaust pipe off and have your turbocharger ready for inspection on BOTH INTAKE and EXHAUST sides. Pro Farm and 8,500 Limited Pro Stock tractors need only the intake side of their turbochargers inspected. Make sure someone is with your tractor during this time. If you don’t get teched you don’t pull. 10:00 a.m. DRIVER’S MEETING FOR BOTH SESSIONS at FIRST SET OF BLEACHERS ON WEST SIDE OF BUILDING. After the driver’s meeting is over the first class, 9,500 Pro Farm, will start to be staged and we will start the afternoon show at 12:00 p.m. sharp!!! We ask all pullers to be ready when we come to you. We have several tractors to pull each day, so please work with us to keep the show flowing and we will get done in a timely fashion each session. After you have completed your pull and your class is over, if you DID NOT make the finals, prepare your tractor to leave the pit area and be loaded into your hauler. IF you are pulling in another class, please have your new number card on your tractor after you are done pulling. Please do this in a timely fashion, be considerate to your fellow pullers and the tow tractor operators. Prize money will be available within an hour of the completion of each class.
