Weight difference between Oliver 1800 and 1850 Rearend and Transmissions January 26, 2018 08:01AM
I've seen the difference some where before, but cannot find it now after trying a number of different searches. I would appreciate anyone that can help with this.

An Oliver 1800A rear end would be about 75lbs or so lighter than a 1850. A 1800B or C rear end would be virtually the same thing as a 1850.

The 1800 a is 150 to 200 pounds lighter than the C or 1850 or maybe more all three can make it to a 6000 pound class if that helps
