I see that there is a new PPL Champions Tour event for 2019 in Ellsworth, WI. Looks like a good lineup that could draw big numbers. Hopefully there is a good turnout. Excited to attend the pull. What is everyone else's thoughts on the new event?
Curious to know why PPL would schedule another pull in Ellsworth knowing NTPA already has one there? Does it overlap with another NTPA hook that is close on that weekend or just a good fan base and location?
Sandwich, IL has their NTPA event that weekend. The only other PPL hook going on is Knoxville, TN (Pro Mod 4x4, LSS, & SF). Ellsworth is in a great location that attracts fans from across WI and MN. That part of the state has a good fan base and there really isn't a pull of that caliber without driving a couple hours to Hutch or Tomah/Hillsboro. PPL has Fort Recovery on the schedule even though the NTPA has their own even there several weeks later. Whatever the case, I am glad to see another national caliber pull in Wisconsin!
