I was wondering if someone could give me a ball park price on building a 640 4.1 motor compared to a 540 4.5 light pro not sure Which way to lean and yes it will be a red one |

Are you intending to build it yourself or have it done?
Top shelf or just competitive? Either one will be similar money anyway you do it so imo the choice boils down to what is more convenient and you like better. I'd say you will be in excess of 200k for a professionally built one and that possibly won't get you all top shelf stuff. |

a 640 red one dynoed and ready to bolt in was 90,000 before billet blocks came along. probably in excess of 100,000 now. |

I have one for sale, 540 new billet head, billet crank, rods, pistons, profab, turn key, Dyno sheets, best of the best 1066 metal....a whole lot cheaper than you can build one for |

anyone not accepting illegal parts all over in every class,division of motor sports,-- is just like a fool with his a** in the air and the head in the sand. Please take note my friends,my words are in every aspect,not everyone. Big difference. And yes you can buy a complete unit much cheaper than building one,even if you want to make some changes and make it fit you better,what is all the running and many times years into the build worth alone. |

xxx to much Eggnog know use in illegal parts in any class if you cheat to win you aint done chitt some where down the road theres a pay day and cheating wont be worth it |

Last time I checked,(7:05 pm) the world is not a perfect place,Original Sin blesses us all,as does Karma and Nature.
