I'd say you are close. You have to go with what is working for you. Not all setups will be the same.

When I ran that size radial my tire cutter said stay between 24-26 because they are radials and they work best with more air. Mine always hooked hard

for sure what works, double cuts are best at speed , -- which you have, amount of pressure is dependant on hardness of pulling surface,, -- hard track hard tire, soft - less air, however that is all relevant, what starting pressure do you have, some run as you see,-- much more, many a lb. per thousand of weight of tractor,I ran 13500 slow,250 hp,used 30 lbs in a road worn radial,-- worked awesome, beat many other higher powered tractors. Each tire has it's own sweet spot, how broke in the sidewalls are, age, hardness and so on,,have someone you trust watch sidewall while pulling, might want a little flex and squat in tire,or you can feel that when you put clutch in,tractor will rebound, -- which you can feel

Iā€™m going to try this next hook. When watching videos I can see the tires squatting a lot, losing hitch height.
Gonna throw some air in them and jump up a gear I think
