Trailer flooring April 06, 2020 03:08PM
Any good ideas on a durable flooring to put in the cargo area in a pulling trailer besides oak floor.
Has anyone used epoxy?

Rumber trailer decking
Have never used this stuff and don't know if it's affordable, but I'd be looking into it if I was going to put a new deck on one of my trailers.

"Floor Restore" epoxy. Costs about $400, for a kit to do a 53' trailer. My trailer floor was very rough, gouged
Up. Rented a drum sander from Menards, spent about 1-2 hours sanding, wasn't too fussy. Used a crack
Filler to fill deep gouges. Mixed epoxy, poured on and squeegee ( comes in kit). Let dry at 65 + degrees.
Holds up to fuel, oil, and pressure washing for about 5 years now.
Building 2 more haulers this spring, have the epoxy here already.
