Cost Effective 510 HF/LLPS

Trying to get into a 510 ci class.
Specs Are Open Rpm, P pump NO Cooler 3Xopen Turbo Size. What is the best way to get to 510? from a DT466? Use the stock stroke/crank and run a 4.5" Piston? Can a guy get drop in liners form somewhere and get away without boring the block.? Also not sure if guys with similar setups are running hard block/head. I assume a hard block would give the thinner liners some support. Not looking for any secrets just trying to see if my thinking is remotely close. 4 5/8 and 4 7/8 more common but would like to stick with the stock crank if possible. Thanks For the Help |

4.5 is very common and several companies offer it as a drop in kit. No need for hard blok to support the liners either. |

Thanks. Just wanted to make sure I was somewhat on track. New class to me so I'm clueless on a few things. |

Personally I would go with the 4.625 x5 combination because it is very common and proved to be a great high rpm setup. It will take some machine work but shouldnt be too bad and It will turn more rpms and make more power with a 2.20 and 1.9 valve size head |
