Empire Farm Days Tractor Pull "Smoke'n the Hills" May 04, 2021 01:41AM
Details have been finalized, classes set and pre-registrations opened up for the first ever tractor pull during the Empire Farm Days, to be held on Route 20 in the Village of Pompey Hill 1.5 miles from the EFD site. The pull will be held Monday August 2nd and Tuesday August 3rd (first day of the farm show). To give us the best chance possible of having a smooth running show that ends at a reasonable time we are limiting entries to the first 20 pre-registrants. One class per tractor and tractors must compete and meet the safety requirements of a sanctioning organization in the non-sanctioned classes. Classes are as follows:

Monday Aug 2nd - Highlighted by Light Limited Super Stock Showdown for “King of the Hill”
Monday August 2nd (10am start!)

Antique & Enhanced Classes (10am)
· $20 per Hook Fee (1/2 payback structure)
Limit of 2 hooks per tractor
· $15 all day entry fee
· 1 entry fee comped per tractor (afternoon)


Monday Aug 2nd Evening (~4:30pm start)

1. 14,200lb Farm Stock Tractors ($50 hook fee, 50% payback to 10th place)

3. NYHPS Light Pro Farm – (NYHPS hook fee and payout)

4. 3.0 Diesel Pick Up Trucks - ($50 entry fee & $1,500 payout)

5. National Light Limited Super Stocks $3,000 purse & King of the Hill Trophy – ($50 hook fee, payout to 10th)


Tuesday August 3rd - Highlighted by OPEN Multi-Engine Modified & Super Stock Showdown for “King of the Hill”
Tuesday (4:30pm Start)

1. NYHFPS Heavy Pro Farm 466 Class – (NYHPFS hook fee & payout)

2. Super Farm Tractors – ($50 hook fee, payout TBD, NYHPS will pull for points)

3. 10,000lb OPEN (Multi-engine Modifieds, Super Stock Alcohol & Diesel, Pro stock) $3,000 Purse and King of the Hill Trophy ($50 hook fee, payback to 10th)

4. NY Mafia Super Semi-Trucks ($50 Hook fee & payout TBD)

Limit of 1 hook per vehicle
· $20 gate entry fee
· Driver & Mechanic entry fee comped

We had a great turnout of spectators and tractors. Track was the power track we expected. Excited to make a few tweaks to dial things in for next year, expand bleacher seating, food, barriers and set up a double wide track. Look for some new partnerships in 2022!
