Would a factory 966 with steel pressed dual rims on it instead of cast, make 9000lbs pulling class? It has facotry flattop fenders. Also doesnt have the hydralic seat and the three point is off it. Should I be worried about getting a fiber glass nose cone?

You can make the 9000 if you use a fiberglass nose, make a light bolster between the frame under the nose, lighter front end like a Schwartz, aluminum fenders, bias ply 20.8x38 tires, remove the seat and make a homemade lighter one and take the pto out. That should get you pretty close to 9000 if not less like 8700 or so, depending on driver weight.
