The group of people that pulled off having a pull this year at the Madison County Fair need a huge “way to go” for what they achieved yesterday. For the amount of rain that fell through the night and up to early afternoon, no one thought there could be a pull there last night. Not only did they have it, they were able to build a great track with what looked like the entire “original” surface scrapped off to the side. The staging area and arena were worked over to be very manageable for these circumstances (many thought that alone would cancel the pull). These folks deserve an award for pulling off the impossible. Many thanks for your hard work yesterday.
