Looks like the SSL certificate was removed so the address changed from https ://pulloff.com to http ://pulloff.com. So if you have it cached in your web browser, bookmark, or search history, it will fail until you clear it out or update it. Yeah, I'm working on making the website HTTPS rather than just HTTP. I'm not a web designer and I won't bore everyone with the details on the change but it's simply Google trying to force the internet over to the HTTPS protocol. The "S" stands for Secure. Secure websites are fine for sites that have important personal data like credit cards or social security numbers but I don't have any of that stuff so to me it seems like busy work to make a change. I haven't had enough spare time to research everything I need to do to make the change. Chrome and a few other browsers put HTTPS by default now. If you remove the "S" ;everything should work like normal. Jake Morgan Owner, PULLOFF.COM Independent Pulling News This page is a free service. The cost is covered out of my pocket. It takes a great deal of time and a fair amount of money to keep this website going. Donations for: photos, classified ads, forum discussion, etc... are appreciated. Side Note: We are no longer accepting PayPal donations. They have changed their terms of service and stated they would fine PayPal users for spreading "misinformation" and "hate, violence, racial or other forms of intolerance that is discriminatory". PayPal did not provide definitions for some of these vague terms. Woke corporate policies regarding "misinformation" could result in an automatic fine of $2,500 which would have been removed directly from the customer’s PayPal account. PayPal did backdown from some of their policies but quietly implemented portions of them in later terms of service. A financial institute has no right to monitor social media accounts or speech. This is unacceptable and I'll no longer do business with PayPal. |
