I have found my self to be in agreement with most of Sno farmers reasons for not having a pull off. Only when fans were well aware of an underlying story line was the pull off exciting.

The crankshaft harmonic balancer is sized to a specific set of pistons, rods, and crankshaft.
It is dialed in to that setup, similar to how the throws are balanced with the rods and pistons.

Yes, I get the same formula.
MPH = Engine RPM * Axle Height / (Total Gear Ratio * 168)
Axle height (rolling radius) is in units of inches
Total Gear Ratio for your tractors setup from engine output shaft to the axle is 23.3

Yes, msd is driven 75% of cam speed. Msd generator magnets need to stay in time with spark trigger. Msd generators have a specific rotating direction, ccw or cw.
I'm not sure msd generator would work if it were to spin twice as fast. Maybe it would produce more power? But the spark duration would be shorter?
