Al Koch's Allis Cowboy needs to be on this list.
Also, if you go way back in time, I don't think the tractor had a name, but Cate's brother's D21 which later became Mark Gettingers "Equalizer" had a lot of wins.

It's always good to run into an expert!
I think what he is looking for is the kit to move the shifters to the floor of a tractor....I assumed this because he mentioned a 560
I'm not sure if anyone has them for an IH 560 or not.
The last I knew Wipeout Enterprises sold them for the large frame IH tractors.
Here is a link that might help your education:

It seemed pretty clear to me.
He's looking for a shift kit for a Profab transmission on an IH 560.
If you followed pulling you would have heard of Pro Fab

Just my opinion, but any time you add a bunch of rules to a class, it gets really expensive fast.
Think about the "stepping stone to the super stock class" ....... the Pro Stocks.
How did that work out for saving money?
Limit the amount of turbos............all of a sudden, we need big cubes and fancy heads to make power.
Horsepower costs money.

This could be the start of something big.
It might just lead to a class for every make and brand of tractor!

With your rules, I would think a 6030 Deere would be an obvious choice.
You would have a "P" pump and a larger turbo and still be legal.

What do NS and PS mean in the results?
I assume NS = No Show, but what is PS?
I see Super Rooster was a PS.................. what ever that is.

5,000 lb Antique in the NATPA
Not just that one. Get a div 3/4 tractor for a couple years pulling 4-6000# whatever color you want. Get your feet wet there then move up. Don't build..... buy!
I'm surprised that "Road the river" was the only person to mention this.
But any class you start in, you can buy cheaper than you can build.

Pardon my ignorance, but what are the rules for these tractors?
I've watched some videos of them, and with nothing to compare them to in the class, they just look like light supers.

Agree on the NTPA results page.
They need to drop all the "choices" and just list pulls and the results..........if I care, I'll figure out if it's a Super National, Grand National, Pro National (don't seem to have had any of those this year yet), or whatever other choices it is.

Somewhere around 1977 or 78, NTPA required a wide front.
I still have a narrow front for a D21 in the barn from when we had to change.

I've seen many times they put little kids or physically hadicapped folks on garden tractors, open the throttle and drop the clutch while a SMALL CHILD or physically disabled individual is hanging on for dear life!!! The kid can't even manage to steer the tractor in many cases, all he or she is doing is holding on. This is the most dangerous and irresponsible thing any adu

I still have one of the first three hyper box’s that he put on and it was not to hide the turbo but to hide the plumbing
Just curious, would Jerry be upset, if forty years later you revealed what was so secretive about the plumbing?

, they wanted the NTPA to have a class that was more affordable and pushed for a single charger class. The PS class was created as well as the struggle to create less expensive single turbo classes, that spiral continues 50 years later hence the 5.0 Pro, Limited Pro, Lt Pro, SF, Pro Farm, Hot Farm and the list goes on. Honestly with as many tractors as there are in these c

Most of them started out running T-08's and then moved to TA18-95's pretty quickly.
Then the changing of wheels and custom jobs came into play.
I always heard Tractors such as The Tasmanian Devil ran a Hyper " box charger" ..... it was in a box so you could not see it.

I was told a few years ago by a Grand National DSS puller that a sled operator told him they could run a DSS class and then the TWD trucks at the same sled setting.
As I said above......that drawbar height makes a lot of difference
This has probably been 15 years ago, so results may be different today.

Cain was running a PS that wasn’t on the ragged edge in a DSS class that the top competitors are on the edge blowing things apart quite frequently. More or less playing the Don Deane game: show up to EVERY event, put it away not broken, service, repeat. Never placed above 4th place in an event, yet finished 3rd in points. I’m not sure how much part availability factored into that
