Ford 7.8 - 3 months ago

Putting a 7.8 in a tw30. Engine runs 8 bolt flywheel and tractor flywheel is 6 bolt. What’s the best solution? Considering drilling the flywheel and plugging holes. Thanks

As long as we're asking questions....How many people that own/drive pulling tractor actually built them? Anyone can spend money and buy something, but how many actually did their homework and built a winner???

Not to mention its the same days as the local esp circuit pull 45 minutes away....I don't see why NTPA wouldn't be interested in taking over the fair pull..Competitors and the NTPA trailers and sleds are here for Langford...Why not hit the fair and then go to bowling green.. If Joe Eder is on the fair board, and running NTPA, I gotta believe its not out of the question yet

Wouldn't be surprised to see it go ntpa.....With Langford being ntpa only a few days before, now just need to get them to change that assanine date

And still, The EC Fair board can't remove its head from its rear end and change the pull back to opening night...It should go back to NTPA so the guys that travel up to langford (which would be the weekend before) could go right there. For them to compete with BG and a pull in Pike (40 minutes away ) is assinine ,why spread the pullers out so thin?

Theres nothing wrong with keeping your spot....How long has it worked at Bowling green?? And furthermore, even if its not respected, the blanket and shirt were gone, not just pushed aside...The karma train does run 24/7/365...........And it rarely misses its stops

Right! and if you did a tally on the cost of parts to build the models, The builders aren't really getting rich when they sell them..Parts aren't cheap and I don't know of anyone who enjoys working for free.

The problem with the theory of "You don't like it, I'll go somewhere else" theory ....Is once damage is done...Its done... If a family goes to a pull and sees some off-color names or sayings on tractors, It doesn't matter what happens "next year" because odds are the parents wont go back...You get enough of them,attendance will hurt,then the money in the winners purse gets hurt,,th

You need to show proof that the diesels need more of an edge in order to win. Also,, NTPA can separate the class when there's more than 10 tractors in a class..Maybe ESP should make it a "feel good" class and give ALL competitors a first place trophy and hook fees back like is done in the kids' classes..

BLPS must be selling a 6.0...........Thats the only reason anyone would say theyre not junk......We had 6 of them at work.....I'd bet that only 3 ran at any particular time..

Esslinger is great with race cars.......But Race engineering out of florida is much better for Pulling motors...I've delt with both and had much better luk with R.E.....
