I have been to Gordyville a few times. This year I decided go to Shipshewana with my farm stock tractor. I was impressed with how organized and well planned the entire event was. My only issues were self inflicted as well and they were awesome to get me squared away and going. Very helpful from day one.

The little bit of fuel we use to run around pulling isn’t a drop in the bucket compared to the farm fuel bill. Not going to let a few gallon of high priced fuel ruin tractor pulling. Life is to short to let a few dollars take away what you enjoy.

Sonny was standing in my shop monday morning. We had both been busy farming and hadnt had time to shoot the breeze. He runs around a little with us pulling a farm stock tractor at local pulls in the summer. We were talking about going to gordyville and wacthing the pulls. Super guy to learn from, talk tractors and farming.

I bought brand new 100lbs IH style weights from Lone star in Texas. $85 delivered to my door. They are very similar to the weights used on 5488's.
