Any assumptions about resuming the seasons are based on the fact that we don’t see a second wave. Unfortunately, it’s what we’re starting to see. It’s also what happened in 1918. The first to die were the sick and poor then came a second wave that hit those better off.

Actually I know of a guy who got stopped for going 35 in a 20 mph school zone in a tractor.
Must have been an M or H Farmall
Those things would fly.
I'm lucky to be alive driving them on the roads in the 1970s and 80s hauling hay and tobacco wagons

Try having the same prize money that was back in the ninetys, yet everything else has went up, EXCEPT PAYBACK !!!
Not the same prize as the 1990s. Offering a variety to the fan in to try to attract the same crowd numbers in 2021 as you had in the 80s and 90s would be the goal.
Goal is to add some more excitement to the show to get more fans and get more prize money for the pullers and m

My defense of NTPA is that it's the longest serving sanctioning body in pullling. It's been the rules making authority over the years and it opened the doors to the automotive industry for many in pulling.
The idea that NTPA is gouging the puller or keeping all the money is simply not true. It's the same crap I heard back when "DPS has quarter million dollars in his d

one heck of a competitor and a mean green tractor. one of the icons of pulling in Minnesota. i remember years ago of her and Milt Peterson battling like it was the world series.
She stood on the right brake and got it straightened back out / most drivers would have lifted at that point

Jason and Sascha,
I completely agree, mass gathering will be the last restriction lifted. Our government has already said as much, saying that we should expect restrictions until a vaccine is readily available to all Americans (probably 12-18 months). In my opinion, the one thing that could change that would be if an effective treatment that minimizes hospitalizations is fou

Fuzz,
I have a lot of mixed emotions about this subject, as I've said in meetings; I love pulloffs but my tractor not so much. Having said that I can and will pulloff most times. I have certain times that I'd rather not, as an example last summer at Wauseon we didn't want to pulloff Tarry's tractor because we were getting to the end of a points season

I vote for one run and done.
The first time I saw a 340 foot run was at a TNT/Red Man summer series pull at the MO state fair in the late 80s in one of Bill Humprey's 2wd s-10 trucks Spike or Jack Daniels. The fans loved it The track was long and had plenty of shut down room.
I would much rather see that type of run than a pull off run with the truck or tractor making a slow tire burne

Use the 12v led from Northern Tool or Tractor supply and hook them to a deep cycle battery and charge the battery with your generator.
Probably more durable and less expensive.
