From what I have seen both mod turbo class and certainly light pro have good numbers. Sure some say they need components, then after guys spend X amount of money to switch over and figure out the chassy and spend a whole year figuring it out then intercoolers will be needed and it will be back to the drawing board again. The ONLY guys who win are the guys that own a dyno. If it ain't broke

Dick, I got to disagree with the weight changes in pro stock alone. The reason is these drivers are peddling the throttle constantly trying to hook up 3500+ hp with 24.5 tires. Yes I know schramek ran a pro stock in the DSS class but he also had 30.5 tires on and there was a discussion a couple years ago on this board about pro stocks running 30.5's. most the pullers that chimed in didn'

It will be interesting 5 years down the road. I think the cube limit in light pro will help keep them in check but the more secrets builders discover they can uncover with head flow and allow for bigger chargers yet look out! The same can be said about limited pro and there head flow but the 4.1 will somewhat keep the class in check. I am sure the debate about whether or not to allow components

I may not like it but, it's not my money funding his tractor so I respect his decision. Good luck to him. As said above, the cost to compete is crazy

Like I said i am going off memory here. The original die hard which basically ran Badger state for a few years when they first started pulling had a lance little big block motor in it I thought. Couldn't tell you what year it would have been. Late 90's for sure

I do NOT have any facts and someone else may. I am strictly going by memory. The original diehards I don't believe we're components. I don't think they built a component of there own until die hard with vengeance which is the tractor that is now the king of deeres. The original tractor which I remember seeing in the late 90's was a 6030 with 7810 sheet metal on it that they

I would agree that wagler is a top running tractor. Very consistent running. About the bad company tractor, don't know the guy and wouldn't know him if he walked in front of me. I have seen plenty of runs from this year alone where he was consistently winning. Sometimes by a large distance. The thing runs very solid. And yes politics are always involved. I can name you a brand new pro

Remember how many riots there were in 2008 and 2012 when Obama won. That's right none. He can't straighten certain things out because you can't fix stupid. The ones who voted to end hate and anger are the exact ones angry and expressing hatred now! How do you fix that?
