Soon. I'm working on it as we speak. Trying to fill in as many TBD's and verify info. I will post on here within the week a PDF file, a finial copy. Also 2017 schedule to replace 2016 on here and printed in Hook Magazine. Official verified payouts as of now totals $48,500 with 2 TBD's representing 14 pulls. Thanks for the interest.

Let me start with ol George. The 34's and 30's were discussed and yes they are legal. The reason they aren't listed is they fall into the "Flat Plate Contact Area" on the Firestone tractor tire chart between the 24.5x32 and the 30.5x32. The 23.1x34 and 23.1x30 have more sq in area than the 24.5x32's but smaller than 30x32's.

I did not write the post above, however I was sent a message this AM that Doug was asked to change the name of the class. If Doug isn't too set on ideals for this class perhaps he will pull the PDF file that was released this AM and consider? If not I will have some light parts to sale for this class.

Wishful, I like your comments about how this could possibly be accomplished when national organizations can not come together on classes. Politics did not play a part in this. If it did I would not been a part of it. Also sandboxes with high sides to keep tractors in or out were not a part of this. So when your dealing with people who don't have hidden agendas but have the best interest

Copies of these rules will be available at Gordyville. See me in the pit area on Saturday or visit the Hook Magazine booth for a copy. I think everyone agrees this needed to be done and all the rules were close but not the same. I am NOT taking full credit for this accomplishment. I was involved as well as the rest of the listed people representing many areas of the mid west and south. Many

Dave, I actually have that information from 2016. I kept track to tally points on the travel series. I should of announced at the end of 2016 pulling year that Wayne Stine from Traverse City, Mich won the points money. 2016 was the first year there was money left over for points award. The monies came from promoters that were satisfied with the number of tractors in the class thus putting on

Thanks Eric. Yes there is a combined effort to standardize the rules or have a LLSS National set of rules. This effort is not all me. I was asked if I would consider to be involved. I think everybody agrees a standard set of rules is in the best interest of the class. At this time I will tell you Western NY, Ohio, Eastern Mich, Western Mich, Wisc, and Ky are involved. Others are willin

I unofficially heard the SCW rules were adapted! If that is true? Good for Badger State.

We had a mishap on the dyno that resulted in putting the piston thru the block on a customers motor. The cause of the failure was the piston. The rod bent but did not fail. Based on what we saw from this, I wouldn't be afraid to use his rods. They were used on a large ci motor and high RPM's.

David, based on recent conversations with the following organizations the following are changing to or are already are at 6250#s: Western NY, Ohio, SCwisc, East side of Mich, and W Mich considering. When I do the travel series for the last 2 years, promotors ask how to get tractors in this class?. My suggestion is 6250 based on Gordyvilles sucess with the class. The boys from Ky will put

Well guys, your in luck for those of you who follow South Central LLSS rules it states 18.4x38 minimum tire size. The BOB rules states no minimum tire size. So for those on here with tractors who want to show us go for it.

Hope to see everyone there. Based on my experiences from last year, this is a must attend weekend in NY. Mich has a pull Friday night and depending on breakage or lack of, tractors will be leaving for NY that night.

Thanks for the video. Both Shedden and Dungannon kicked off the Series starting in Ontario, Canada. Both pulls were awsome. Thank all the pullers who supported the class and the promotors. Also like to thank the spectators who came and talked to me about this class.

Now boys, this isn't the north against the south! Me personally I would like to see the weight set at 6000 (bet I didn't make any friends saying that). I am envious of the number of tractors and pulls that take place in Ky. Dealing with many people to put the Northern Series together, I use Gordyville as a example the weight has changed over the years and it seems the happy medium

Thanks Jake for your help and Bryan Lively help. Also the two Sponsors who helped make this happen and the Promotors (contact person) who were and are a pleasure dealing with. I would also like to thank the pullers who participated last year and spread the word. I believe this year will be bigger than last year and I have a plan for year end $. Just to set the record straight for everyone. Just bolting the truck heads on a c301 with no air flow improvements will not increase your perforance. The tractor heads, (both closed chamber and open chamber) and truck heads all flow about 155 cfm at .600 lift. The truck heads have the valves located in the middle of the combustion chamber allowing bigger valves, the intake ports have a hig
