All you need is to buy a kit. Pull you liners out put new liners and pistons in and your ready to go. Riverside has a kit somewhere around 2000 the best I remember. Plus they are steel sleeves and billet pistons you whatever you want for same money.

i start by sanding mine with some course paper like 150 or 200 on a handheld sander. then i just keep working my way up to like 600 or 800 once i get to that i wetsand it by hand, then i use a brown buffing compound on a tight woven pad to buff and work my way through the differant compunds and steps. its not really that hard its just time consuming. and yes imco makes great tanks but they are pr

Aluminumgastanks.net is a great place to work with. There tanks come alot of differant ways. I buy them just spun aluminum and then sand them and Polish them mysef that way they can look as good or bad as you want.

iam telling you from personal experiance unless you absolutely have to loose the weight do not drill the axles i twisted one off and it ended up tearing up alot of other stuff, the axles were drilled when i bought my tractor and i didnt know it untill it broke. just my opinion

Just asking not pointing fingers but what about the sleds trying to kill the tractors all of a sudden he had alot of ground speed and then it looked like the sled came down and then the front came up. Iam just asking could setting the sled a daifferent way help as well. I have seen alot of sleds not putting the pan down till 250 ft. Seems hard to weight a tractor looks like to me.
